Retention: Contact enquiry data is held for 24 months from last contact. Service records are held for 7 years from project completion in line with standard business record-keeping practice. You may request deletion earlier (see Your Rights below).

- Client document scans are delivered on encrypted local media and are not retained by us after project handover

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you as required under the PDPA and report to the relevant authority within the required period.
